  • Engaging Leadership Offsite: Developed and guided an immersive offsite experience over 2.5 days, intensifying the team's grasp of the brand's DNA and fostering collaborative synergy.

  • Visual Templates and Graphic Recording: Brought in to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives that vividly define HOKA’s brand DNA. “The Triangle” model not only serves to onboard brand ambassadors and new employees but also excites them to join our purposeful and mission-driven team.

  • Purposeful Play & Game Storming: Introduced to inspire fresh perspectives, igniting innovative thinking and unlocking the team's creative potential.

  • Follow-up Leadership Offsites: Extending the impact, we facilitated four additional sessions to strengthen leadership skills and cultivate an innovative culture crucial for the brand's ongoing growth and evolution.

THE RESULTS: In just 2.5 days, we condensed months of planning into action, culminating into:

  • A comprehensive visual model showcasing HOKA’s brand essence.
